The brainchild of husband and wife duo Warat Areerom and Soohyun Lee, Liana offers modern European cuisine, with a menu that changes seasonally to make the best use of local produce. The chefs combine skills learnt in Michelin-starred kitchens in London with techniques and flavors from their homeland (Thailand and South Korea), creating dishes that are as unique and creative as they are bold and balanced.
